When I joined my father’s business in 2011, I stepped into the role with a sense of obligation, treating it like any ordinary job within a commodity trading company. Day by day, I navigated the ins and outs of the business without a clear purpose or vision. However, everything changed when I read The Value Factor by John Demartini. This book challenged my perspective and ignited a desire for change. It prompted me to reflect deeply on my personal values and the impact I wanted to have on the world around me. I realized that I have a profound responsibility to serve nature and that I couldn’t continue selling products made from plastic that harm our environment. This realization was not just an epiphany; it was a call to action. As a father of two young children, ages 4 and 6, I often find myself looking into their eyes and asking: What kind of world do I want to create for them? What legacy will I leave behind?
